Vendor Application Form

Thank  you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 22nd Annual Celebration of the Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival. In past years, the festival has welcomed thousands of attendees from all areas of Maryland and beyond who mark the event on the calendar as a highlight of their year. The festival offers vendors a unique opportunity to showcase products and services, and engage one-on-one with this loyal and engaged audience of consumers. As a vendor, your brand will be integrated into Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival promotional collateral that may include the souvenir journal, online, and on-site elements. Your completed application and vendor fees must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 1, 2018. Any application received after that date will be assessed a $75.00 late registration fee in addition to the vendor fee. 

Please note:
Applicants will be notified of their application acceptance by or before September 1, 2018.



Register Early and Save! 

Early Bird Registration: Open through May 31, 2018  ($25.00 savings) 
General Registration: June 1, 2018 - August 1, 2018

Applications received after August 1st will be assesed a $75.00 late registration fee in addition to the vendor fee.
